in the year two THOUSAAAAAND.

people used to dream about the future. oooh! ha ha wasn't that a clothing line? are they still around? i wish that the x girl clothing brand still existed. i had an awesomely red baby t-shirt by them back in like '95. so nice.

here's what they predicted millennial fashion would be about back in 1930.

yay!

four years ago i met a very special puppy. he's the kind of dog that hugs you back, and he's just funny to watch in general. donnie's kind of like a sloth, ewok, panda bear, mogwai hybrid. sooo cute :) anyway, today is his fifth birthday so i am totally dorking out. HAPPY BIRTHDAY DONNIE!!!

love your mom,

amaris

yeah. i kind of need this shirt for obvious reasons.

also, try watching this and NOT smiling. i'm kinda lame.

ha ha that song is sooooo corny, but whatever.

um, blasphemy?

so i was not aware that there were TWO guys named "Rusko" gracing god's green earth with some dope ass music.

but yeah, one of these things is not like the other.

i give you Rusko's tune "Cockney Thug."

yay! imho, his stuff is simply fantastic :)

aaaand i give your Rusko Star's hit "Attention Whore." oh yes.

"i think i love myself!" omigod omigod i'm officially dead. DEAD. i can't hate though, you know that this would totally be on my ipod if it weren't broken ;) ha ha this Rusko STAR sounds just like this German au-pair guy named Bjorn that I met, like, a million years ago. he bought me a bottle of The Body Shop's oceanus perfume. shit smelled super fresh. his boyfriend's name was Yentz.

animatronics were always the way to my heart.

ok, so back when i was single kristen and alison decided that i'd totally be into the disney country bears if they were human. ha ha ha my friends rule!

lol @ around 2:11. "she aint purdy, well i aint too. the things we like are the things we do. my woman aint purdy but she don't swear none. she's kinda heavy, don't weigh a ton. she's my woman through and through, i love her only cuz her heart is true."

kind of cute. kind of.

you're taking me over.

they were almost too rad to function, obviously.

ha ha oh suede. i used to have that hot action on cassette when i was, like, 12. awkward crushes on ~*certain*~ band members ensued, of course ;) i remember how my parents wouldn't let me order a t-shirt that depicted the album cover. scandalous.

the night is young. i may venture out into mountain town for a drink or two, or i may not! might be the kinda night to drink some tecate, send creepy texts, and watch some video on demand. next weekend will be a lot more exciting, i promise! :)

ugh.

ok, i like empathy and all. it's so cool! yay empathy! all the same, it kind of sucks when it gets the best of you and makes you think the worst. i tend to take things personally when my favorite people are sour. kinda sucks. but yeah, i like how pms tries to give you all of these reasons to be upset (especially when you're about to take a 5 hour bus ride home). all of this digging...it's like your an archaeologist of PAIN lol lol. oh man. i won't do it this time. no thanks. i'm going to ride the bus back to stroudsburg and i'm going to laugh for no reason, read girly magazines, keep reading "snuff" (yay chuck palahniuk!), going drink some of harrisburg dairie's finest iced tea, and i am going to get cozy with my ipod. tonight's going to be one of those wine and cheese + DVR nights, i can feel it. see you in stroudsburg. you're all as good as gold, trust me.

leg evolution.

so i had a nasty little (ok, not so little) auto accident about half a year ago. the aforementioned accident left me with casts on both legs, and a splint on one arm.

after a while i started rockin' a knee brace on my left leg. eventually the other cast's time came to an end as well, and i switched to an orthopedic boot.

i'll spare you the scary "my right leg is skinnier than my left leg, and i've got a crooked foot!" pictures. things have changed since then.

but yeah, i soon lost the leg brace and eventually lost the orthopedic boot.

my legs look like this again, buuuut (after the good doctor built me a new heel bone) am now not allowed to wear heels.

i ordered a pair of custom molded shoes (black flats) from some orthodics shoemaker, but they were like $328.00 and never came anyway. these days i've been switching off between a pink pair of sauconys, black clarks bostonian loafer/sneakers, and *GASP* black croc maryjanes. these options are lacking in the realm of style, but my foot requires hardcore arch support, and a simulated rocker bottom. it's like the cool shoes haven't got any sole.

ahh i loooove flats, but i can't handle them right now. even my precious moccasins felt like ass :( problematic heel bones are no picnic, so i am willing to sacrifice style over comfort, obvi. ha ha the other day i totally almost bought a pair of neon green filas. awesome. but yeah, if you have any ideas as to what comfortable AND stylish shoes should be gracing my feet please let me know. they must look good with tacky earrings and anything from dresses, leggings, and jeans (skinny and boot cut).

your help is greatly appreciated. you are fantastic.

kthanx :)
